Distinction for project PI: appointment as a Visiting Professor at von Karman Institute

Stefano Discetti joined the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics as a Visiting Professor starting January 1st, as an expert in aerodynamics, machine learning-based flow control, and non-intrusive measurement techniques.

He will contribute to developing new VKI lecture series and join the team of lecturers for the new curriculum on machine learning for fluid dynamics within the VKI Research Master Program.

This distinction is the culmination of his previous contributions to the organization of previous VKI lecture series (2021, 2024)
